If you’re using a Mac and do not find zip file but parts of theme file, this is because zip files automatically get unzipped on Mac when you download them. Please perform following steps so your zip files do not open automatically after you download them:

1. Open Safari
2. Click Preferences
3. Under the General tab, uncheck the option Open “safe” files after downloading

The themes and plugins will now download as a .zip file which you can upload to WordPress.
